As a webmaster it's nice to know that Jango has your back! When you are the webmaster for a site whose members would have no problem challenging you to a duel (as most of them are fencing coaches) and you bring down that website (due to a DNN module that you've installed) at 11:30pm on a Friday it's nice to know that someone has your back! Jango was able to begin restoring the site early on Saturday morning and had me back in business that day. The level of professionalism and the urgency with which they tackled the problem on the weekend was greatly appreciated. They are always available and willing to provide information which helps me become a better webmaster and makes it so much easier to administer our site.
